Unison organise a variety of social and sporting events for the benefit of their members. If you would like to join in on any of the events you must be a member of Unison.
Unison have organised some excellent sporting events over the years including golf days, fishing trips, ten pin bowling, cricket, clay pigeon shooting and football competitions. If you have an interest in any of the below please contact us.
The event will be held on Wednesday 17th June 2009 at Nabs Head Lane, Salmesbury (a map will be sent nearer the time), starting at 7pm. The event will consist of a small competition and will last 2 hours. Each bowman can expect to shoot between 4 and 5 dozen arrows and we will be shooting at 10 yards.
The cost for the night is £12 for members and we require a £5 non-refundable deposit to secure your place (Cheques payable to Lancashire Unison). The interest in this event has been overwhelming so an early response would be appreciated and then we can invite the reserve list. If you are sending a cheque through the post please mark it for our attention and PRIVATE.

This year's Easterby Cup will take place at Penwortham Golf Club on Wednesday 19th August 2009. Green Fees will be approx £20 and the 1st tee will be 2pm. Entrants should have an official handicap and be UNISON MEMBERS.

The 2 dates and costs for this years Hackers Days have now been confirmed. Both days will take place at Garstang Golf & Country Club.
The Dates and Costs are:
Friday 1 May 2009 - £18
Friday 2 October 2009 - £18
The cost will include 27 holes of golf, 9 in the morning and 18 in the afternoon.
Tees Booked: AM: 9am – 10am PM: 12.30pm – 13.30pm
Food will be available from the Golf Club if you wish. All golfers are asked to make their own arrangements.
In order to reserve your place on these days we require a £10 deposit per person per event, e.g. £20 per person if you are playing both. You will be asked to pay the balance of £8 per event nearer the time or on the day. Deposits are non-refundable. If you are paying by Cheque then please make it payable to Lancashire Unison and send them marked Private to:
