Equal Pay Review and Job Evaluation

On the 1st December, Lancashire County Council began the formal consultations with UNISON and other staff unions on the proposed new pay and grading structure which will continue for a minimum of 90 days.

The consultations will be with regard to new terms and conditions and a new pay structure. The pay structure has been developed following the Job Evaluation exercise.
