Equal Pay Review – LCC issues letters of dismissal to impose Equal Pay Review
On receipt of the 2nd letter from LCC, Unison is advising members to accept the Council's offer of reengagement on a new contract – and to continue to show their disappointment and anger with the actions of the Council by supporting and industrial response. Equal Pay Review – Terms and Conditions Consultation
The Officers presented their final position on the terms and conditions which have been discussed since December. As that was the case UNISON felt there was no option but to minimise the effect of the proposals on huge numbers of our members if we could and reluctantly put forward suggestions that are less than what we currently have but if accepted improve the employers proposals.
In the bulletin below are shown the latest proposals UNISON put forward to Officers of the Authority at the last consultation meeting which took place on Tuesday 2 March 2010.
