Liaising with Management

Meeting and communicating with employers, line managers, personnel officers in order to resolve issues & problems.

Organising workplace meetings where necessary to discuss specific issues, ie pay, pensions, disciplinary matters, grievances, bullying & harassment issues, health & safety, reorganisations etc.
