Training And Learning Needs Survey

A good way to identify learning needs is to organise a questionnaire. Use the downloadable survey from the link below as basis to design a member friendly questionnaire, distribute it to the staff they work with, encourage them to fill it in and return it.

The results can then be analysed to identify what staff would like to learn and where they would like to learn.

Become a Union Learning Representative

Ensuring that everyone has the best possible chance of meeting their learning and training needs is a huge challenge. Lancashire Unison needs members to become Union Learning Representatives (ULRs). This is a key local contact for members who want to help themselves by improving their skills and knowledge. ULRs receive training and are legally entitled to some time off work to undertake their duties. To find out more visit the UnionLearn website.
