Members are contacting us to ask about the content of a management communication concerning your right to participate in a ballot for Industrial Action or participate in action following a ballot of members.
UNISON has taken legal advice today and we have been advised that Lancashire’s position is not as clear as the current law suggests and could be viewed as too simplistic.
In the circumstances UNISON’s advice remains that if you have voluntarily agreed to a change in Terms and Conditions you should withdraw that agreement as set out in Loud and Clear Issue no. 8.
