Unison has introduced a case Management System which all Branches must use when dealing with casework on behalf of members.

Use of the CASE form is a requirement for any case referred to a Regional Officer.

The CASE form enables a running record to be kept if a case needs to be passed from one Steward to another or from a Steward to the Branch Secretary or a Regional Officer.
